SHIFT

Client: Seismic

Year: 2023

SHIFT is Seismic’s annual multi-day user conference hosted in sunny San Diego for 1,000+ attendees. Planwell coordinated breakout speaker logistics, volunteers, and an evening event called “Unwind as One.” These efforts contributed to an above-average NPS — and we’re already working on SHIFT24!

CEO Summit

Client: Pavilion

Year: 2024

This event was a one-day, 150-person gathering in Arizona just for CEOs. Planwell owned all of the project management, including venue logistics, food & beverage services, ancillary event support (like the coordination of hot air balloon rides, luggage tags, a caricaturist, and line dancing in the desert), as well as AV production. Pavilion enjoyed 99% attendance and growth of their CEO community. And now, we’re their go-to agency for all 2024 summits and conferences.

Real Retreat

Client: Sendoso

Year: 2024

Instead of investing in a traditional trade show booth, Sendoso opted to create an informal setting for 150 marketers. Planwell coordinated the pre- and post-event logistics of this ancillary event to give attendees a true haven from the hustle and bustle of the trade show, complete with massages, manicures and pedicures, therapy dogs, ice cream, and an espresso bar.

GLOW

Client: Jellyfish

Year: 2024

GLOW was Jellyfish’s second annual virtual engineering summit. Planwell provided on-site technical support in Boston, supported overall project management efforts, handled speaker logistics, and managed their virtual event platform. This brought a record number of customers and prospects together, virtually (and we’re brainstorming GLOW 2025 as we type this.)

Year: 2024

Incident.io sponsored two trade shows in just one month — and they made it look easy. From booth logistics to internal enablement, Planwell handled all of the strategy and day-of details. Combined, these events drove roughly 500 quality leads, 100 demos, and 26 next-step meetings.
